Celeste Jackson is the founder of Uplifted Ladies Gathering, a Christ-centered community birthed from a simple yes to God. In 2024, after opening her salon space, the Lord placed a clear assignment on her heart: to create a place where women can gather, encounter the love of God, and experience the freedom found in Christ. Uplifted Ladies Gathering exists to serve as a bridge for women, especially those who may feel hesitant to enter a church building or unsure where they belong, offering them a safe and welcoming environment to grow in their faith and step confidently into deeper fellowship within the body of Christ.

Celeste has served faithfully in ministry for over a decade, beginning as an usher at the age of seven and later serving on the worship team, dance ministry, and as a youth leader. Ordained as a minister at 21, she carries a lifelong commitment to helping women encounter God in a real and transformative way. Through every space she creates, her heart remains the same: that women would be strengthened in their faith, confident in their identity, and free to walk boldly in who God has called them to be.

Donna Kennedy is a devoted lover of God and a walking testimony of His faithfulness and perfect timing. Her life reflects the beauty of trusting the Lord completely and allowing Him to write every chapter. Anointed as a vessel of encouragement and joy, she carries a powerful calling to uplift hearts, break strongholds, and help bring freedom to those who feel bound. God uses her gifts to speak life, restore hope, and remind women of their true identity in Christ.

Married at 44, her journey is a powerful testimony of waiting on God for the “Boaz” of her life. She shares openly how the Lord took the necessary time to prepare both her and her husband for one another — and she boldly declares that it was absolutely worth the wait. Today, they live an exceedingly joy-filled life together with their spoiled dachshund, D’artagnan, serving faithfully, planning new adventures, laughing often, and celebrating God’s goodness in every season.

Donna is currently writing her first book of encouragement for single women, offering hope-filled wisdom drawn from her own journey of faith and patience. Her heart’s message is simple yet powerful: God is always faithful, and His promises never fail. Through her story and ministry, she inspires women to trust God’s process, embrace their current season, and walk confidently in His divine purpose.

Tyana Burslie is a woman who has always loved Jesus, raised in the Christian faith yet was walking a lukewarm life. On October 30th of 2021, she had a radical power encounter with God, marking her with the presence of Jesus and the fire of Holy Spirit which transformed her life. Through a defining season, God elevated and shaped her into who she is today. Tyana carries a deep heart for women to encounter God’s power, discover their true identity in Christ, and return to their first love… Jesus.

ABOUT IN BLOOM

For the past four years, the In Bloom Women’s Conference has created space for women to grow spiritually, relationally, and personally. What began as a vision in the heart of Shawni Davis has flourished into a powerful annual gathering marked by heartfelt worship, honest conversations, and meaningful connection. Each year, women leave strengthened, inspired, and equipped to live out their faith with renewed confidence.

In Bloom was born from a desire to create room for women to encounter Jesus in a deeper way and build lasting community across generations and seasons of life. A small step of faith has grown into a movement of encouragement and transformation—one that continues to build momentum year after year.

This year builds on that foundation, offering fresh encouragement and deeper connection for every woman who walks through the doors. We’re looking forward to seeing you.

Shawni serves as an evangelist and Women’s lead at Seattle Christian Church and carries a deep passion for creating spaces where women feel seen, strengthened, and sent out with purpose. A fourth-generation chef and devoted mother, she recently co-founded Home.1816 with her son, which is an extension of her love for hospitality, faith, and family.
